Digital product policy
ResolveLetter products are digital services generated from the information you provide. Once a paid result has been prepared and made available, the order is generally considered delivered.
When we may issue a refund
We may issue a refund when a payment was completed but the purchased result was not generated, could not be accessed, or could not be delivered because of a technical issue on our side.
We may also review refund requests involving duplicate charges, clearly incorrect purchases, or other unusual situations where a refund is reasonable.
When refunds are usually not available
Refunds are usually not available simply because you changed your mind after receiving the result, disagree with the suggested wording, expected a different legal outcome, or used incomplete or inaccurate information in the intake form.
ResolveLetter does not guarantee that a letter, complaint, summary, or other document will produce a response, refund, settlement, repair, payment, or other outcome.
Requesting help before requesting a refund
If your result did not generate, your PDF will not download, your email did not arrive, or your result page is not accessible, please contact support first. In many cases, we can resend the result or fix access without needing a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@resolveletter.com with the email address used at checkout, the approximate payment date, the product purchased, and a short explanation of what happened.
Please do not send full payment card numbers or highly sensitive personal information in your refund request.
Timing
We aim to review support and refund requests promptly. If a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
