ResolveLetter sells digital document-preparation products. This policy explains when refunds may be available.
Digital products
Because ResolveLetter provides digital documents and summaries, completed purchases are generally final once the result has been generated or delivered.
When we may issue a refund
We may consider a refund if there was a technical issue, duplicate charge, payment error, or failure to deliver the purchased result.
No refund for outcomes
ResolveLetter does not guarantee that a recipient will respond, issue a refund, pay money, repair a problem, or resolve a dispute. Refunds are not provided because a user did not achieve a desired outcome after using a document.
