What ResolveLetter provides
ResolveLetter is an AI-assisted document-preparation and legal information tool. The service helps users organize dispute facts, prepare demand letter drafts, complaint-ready statements, legal issue summaries, checklists, practical next steps, and related written materials based on information provided by the user.
ResolveLetter is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not represent users, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide. You are also responsible for reviewing any generated document before using, sending, filing, or relying on it.
If your situation involves legal deadlines, court papers, eviction, immigration, criminal matters, domestic violence, bankruptcy, serious injury, large financial exposure, or any urgent risk, you should consult a licensed attorney or appropriate professional before taking action.
Permitted and prohibited uses
You may use ResolveLetter only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You may not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, threatening, harassing, defamatory, impersonating, or otherwise unlawful content.
ResolveLetter is not intended for criminal defense, immigration proceedings, child custody, domestic violence, bankruptcy, tax advice, court filings, eviction defense, or situations where professional legal representation is required.
Payments and digital products
Paid products are digital services prepared using the information you submit. Prices, product contents, and availability may change over time. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
User content and generated results
You retain responsibility for the facts and materials you submit. ResolveLetter may process your submitted information to generate previews, final documents, summaries, PDFs, emails, support responses, service improvements, abuse prevention, and related operational functions.
Generated results are provided for your review and use. You should edit them as needed and confirm that all statements are accurate before sending or relying on them.
Sponsored attorney placements
ResolveLetter may display paid attorney advertisements or sponsored placements. These placements are advertisements only. ResolveLetter does not recommend, rank, screen, guarantee, or endorse any attorney or law firm.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. ResolveLetter may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
