Result or PDF problems

If your result page is unavailable, your PDF will not download, or your result email did not arrive, contact support and we will help you access the purchased result.

Payment or refund questions

For duplicate charges, failed checkout, missing results, or refund questions, review the Refund Policy and email support with the payment details.

Privacy requests

You can contact us about privacy questions or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, tax, legal, or business record purposes.
